Mechanical Engineer by profession. Experienced Information Technology professional. Worked in various capacities in IT companies  in India and US for more than three decades. Championed the cause of potentially talented among the under-privileged sections of the society, educating them and creating micro health care eco-systems for the villages. His long term goal is to scale this model nationally. Has been assiduously working towards uplifting the underprivileged people.

Chairman of “Jain Group of Companies” in India. Has diversified business interests in Construction, Car Sales and Textiles. Associated with ‘education’ for more than sixteen years. Established High Schools and Girl’s Colleges like Om Prakash Ratanlal Mehta Higher Secondary School in South India, ‘Srimati Sitadevi Chunilal Bardia Women’s College’ in his native village in North India. As a Trust member of Sankara Nethralaya and Lions International Foundation, has been immensely contributing to the welfare of society.

PG diploma in the field of Nursing (RN, RM, PG dip (UK) RGN (UK). Fourteen years in Government service including in “Bed Side Nursing”. Fifteen years of teaching in a government Nursing College with five years as a Principal. Serves as Nursing Consultant for teaching programs in private educational institutions. Has published several articles in leading international nursing journals and presented papers in international conferences. Authored “Patient’s Handbook” in Tamil.

Post graduate in Psychology. Since her graduation has been associating in various social welfare projects like “Tribal community and their life style (Javadu hills)” in India and “Mental health status of urban child workers (Chennai)”. Earlier was also associated with a Social Organization called ‘Kaingkarya’ and with 'Arokiya De-addiction Center'. Thenmozhi is the Principal Coordinator in Sarva Vidya for organizing and running welfare programs.
